Christian Both

Christian Both is a Partner in K&A’s Corporate practice, with over 20 years of work experience, between Saudi Arabia and Germany.

Christian specializes in advising clients on M&A, joint ventures, investments, venture capital, IPOs, commercial matters and competition law. He has extensive experience advising a wide range of clients, including in the fields of chemicals, general industrial, heavy equipment and machinery industries, healthcare & pharma, transport & aviation, energy & utilities, retail and TMT.

Prior to joining K&A, Christian spent around two decades working in at Freshfields and Clifford Chance. Christian also has in-depth inhouse experience from his work in the HQ of chemical giant BASF and SABIC.

Christian obtained German 1st Staatsexamen from University of Heidelberg, Germany, and also studied at University of Lausanne, Switzerland and University of Tuebingen, Germany. He is also qualified in Germany as lawyer, prosecutor and judge in 2003. Enrolled with the Munich bar since 2006.
