The Enterprise Coherence System is an integrated governance and organisational intelligence framework that evaluates how well an enterprise’s governance, strategy, operating model, and culture work together as a unified system. It provides a 400 element diagnostic, a contradiction detection engine, and a set of coherence indices that quantify alignment, friction, and execution readiness across the organisation.

At its core, the system measures whether the enterprise is clear, aligned, consistent, and mutually reinforcing across all its structural and behavioural components. It identifies keystones, the elements, with the highest systemic influence and maps their linkages to contradictions, maturity levels, and scenario outcomes.

The system produces three primary outputs:

•    Enterprise Coherence Index (ECI) - the overall coherence score
•    Contradiction Index (CI) - the quantified friction score
•    Adjusted ECI - the true execution readiness score after contradiction penalties
It is fully aligned with global governance standards such as OECD, ISO 37000, COSO, King IV, while extending them through semantic interoperability, contradiction intelligence, and scenario based governance.

In practice, the Enterprise Coherence System enables boards and executives to:

•    Detect structural, behavioural, alignment, directional, capability, and information contradictions
•    Identify the keystones that drive the greatest organisational impact
•    Understand how governance, strategy, operations, and culture reinforce or undermine each other
•    Prioritise interventions that deliver the highest coherence uplift
•    Simulate how strategic scenarios affect coherence and execution
