Independent operating-partner and interim executive advisory for industrial, specialty chemicals and FMCG manufacturers across GCC, MENA and Europe. 30+ years of multi-country P&L leadership — including two decades at EOC Group building a EUR 14M global thermoplastic elastomers platform from zero and incorporating three greenfield businesses across Dubai, Istanbul and Europe. Currently serving a board-mandated interim CEO role at a confidential family-owned FMCG manufacturing group (~USD 200M revenue). Focus: turnaround, margin expansion, commercial-model transformation, and capital-light scale-up for family-owned and PE-backed groups.
