Description of business and services

 

I am a partner leading Clyde and Co's MEA Employment Group working across the MEA region for multinationals, regional conglomerates (family or government owned) and sovereign wealth owned private sector entities; focusing on workforce strategies including deployment of technology and large scale workforce restructuring, workforce culture and compliance as well as work conduct investigations and, complex litigations. I also advise on C Suite engagement, compensation and benefits. I am a certified director by the GCC BDI institute.

As well as working across MEA, I head our Global Employment efforts as part of our Global Corporate and Advisory Team, focusing on our key hubs MEA, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.

I advise on the full range of 'people' or employment issues both non-contentious and contentious across all major sectors especially in the technology, entertainment, hospitality, professional services and energy sectors. This work often involves multi-jurisdictional projects, market entry, restructuring, employee incentives, agile working and employee relations advice which encompasses complex investigations and consequential regulatory and compliance advice.

I am bilingual in Arabic and English and have been recognised as a leading individual for employment law by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 for many years . I received an Outstanding Contribution Award from Chambers and Partners for Employment Law in UAE and KSA in 2025.
