1. Tell us about your career journey and how you came to serve on a board.

My career spans 16+ years in strategy execution, governance, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and driving results. I have led major transformation projects, established governance frameworks, and implemented performance-driven strategies in both government and private sectors.

A key part of my journey has been developing and leading successful teams to execute complex initiatives. By fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture, I have enabled organizations to achieve strategic goals efficiently and effectively.

My commitment to governance and leadership led me to earn a Certificate in Board Directorship (GCCBDI) and serve on advisory boards, where I bring expertise in strategic decision-making, risk management, and performance optimization.

2. What are you most proud of and why?

I am most proud of my ability to build, lead, and empower high-performing teams to deliver outstanding results. Throughout my career, I have led teams in executing strategic initiatives, optimizing business operations, and driving sustainable improvements.

One of my key achievements has been establishing governance and performance management frameworks, which have significantly improved operational efficiency and accountability. By creating an environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence, I have helped organizations achieve their strategic goals.

Additionally, mentoring and empowering future leaders—especially women—has been incredibly fulfilling. Seeing my teams grow, take on leadership roles, and contribute to organizational success is a testament to the power of strong leadership and team development.
