Nazih Hisham Al-Naser is a Fellow Member of GCC BDI and a Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors (UK) with more than 30 years of experience spanning strategic leadership, business transformation, fundraising, technology management, corporate governance, and human resources. With a strong academic background that includes two Master's degrees and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, he has successfully led major strategic initiatives across sectors such as Islamic finance, real estate development, and corporate governance.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and implement strategies that improve operational performance, increase profitability, and support sustainable growth. He has played a significant role in strengthening board effectiveness through enhanced governance structures, board reorganisation, performance evaluations, and improved decision-making processes. As a business leader and adviser, he has successfully launched new business ventures, designed innovative financial instruments, secured substantial investment funding, and contributed to the turnaround and growth of several organisations through rebranding and organisational restructuring initiatives. His expertise also extends to technology advancement, where he has overseen the implementation of enterprise systems and digital transformation projects that improved efficiency and transparency.

In addition to his executive and board-level experience, Nazih is recognised for his commitment to professional development, having pursued executive education in areas such as leadership strategy, digital innovation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and international litigation through leading institutions including Harvard, Oxford, Columbia Business School, IMD, London Business School, and MIT. He is also actively involved in mentoring chairpersons, board directors, and senior executives, providing guidance on organisational management, strategic planning, governance, business models, restructuring, and transformation programmes, helping organisations strengthen effectiveness and achieve long-term success.
