Khaled Sifri

Board Practitioner | Family Business Advisor

Khaled Sifri is a board practitioner and family business advisor who supports owners of established businesses, many of them family-controlled, through periods of transition, strategic repositioning, and institutional development. He works closely with owners to align long-term intent with clear strategy, effective governance, and durable decision-making structures.

A Chartered Director and seasoned board member, Khaled brings more than 40 years of experience across multiple business sectors in the GCC and internationally. His perspective has been shaped by long-standing board, committee, and advisory roles, with exposure to IPOs, M&A, and private equity environments.

As a Certified Family Business Advisor, he brings particular insight into the dynamics of owner-led and family enterprises, including generational transition, leadership succession, and the evolution of control and capital structures. He helps owners think through how governance can support continuity, preserve strategic intent, and strengthen the enterprise over time.

Drawing on a background in engineering, law, and banking, as well as experience as a chief executive, Khaled combines analytical rigour with practical judgement. He provides independent counsel to help owners navigate inflection points with clarity, discipline, and a long-term institutional perspective. In doing so, he respects the respective decision-making authority of ownership, the board, and management.
