Adel M. Mallawi is a Chartered Board Director with 28 years of experience in banking and capital markets, spanning business leadership, risk management, strategy and governance. He previously held senior executive roles at Banque Saudi Fransi, including Chief Investment Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy, and Head of Global Markets.

He has extensive board and committee experience across banking, fintech, insurance, real estate, sports and technology, with particular expertise in audit, risk, investment and governance. He currently serves on several boards and committees, including the Saudi Pro League, Tamweel Aloula, Wadi Makkah Technology and GCC Board Directors Institute. He holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and achieved Chartered Directorship with GCC BDI in 2025.
