Nasser Alobaid is an experienced strategic leader specializing in learning and development, strategic planning, performance management, financial planning, and business process improvement. As the General Manager of Learning and Development at The Financial Academy, he leads the creation and implementation of customer-focused training and certification programs.
Nasser excels in designing diverse training initiatives, managing budget allocations, and leveraging innovative technologies to enhance learning experiences. His collaborative approach ensures that training solutions are tailored to meet customer needs and align with industry standards.
Previously, Nasser served as the Head of Strategic Planning and Quality at The Financial Academy, where he formulated corporate strategies, guided executive management in project selection, and enhanced organizational efficiency. He also worked as a Senior Strategy Specialist at the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), aligning initiatives with Vision 2030 and NTP 2020.
Nasser has led strategic development projects, including the creation of new strategies, operational modules, and organizational structures. He has reviewed strategic plans for various organizations and implemented comprehensive process improvements.
He holds a Master of Science in Financial Accounting from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from King Saud University. Nasser is certified as a Balance Scorecard Professional (BSP) and a Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA®), with additional qualifications in strategic management, corporate financial planning, and Six Sigma.
As a member of the Examinations and Awards Committee, Nasser is dedicated to fostering excellence and innovation in the financial and educational sectors.
