CFO for one of Abu Dhabi’s 21 first tier state owned enterprises comprising of a diverse portfolio of five airports and 6 service divisions (Ground Handling, In-Flight Catering, Retail/ Duty Free, Cargo, Hospitality and Real Estate), generating more than USD 1 billion in annual revenues.

ADAC is undertaking a USD 11 billion capital expansion program and employs approx. 5,800 staff.

· Jointly with the CEO developed new organization structure and restructuring plan.

· Led high-level negotiations with Abu Dhabi’s national airline ETIHAD regarding the divestment of ADAC’s Cargo, Catering and Ground Handling businesses.

· Revised development strategy for ADAC’s 80 square kilometer land bank.

Member of the company’s 4 member Executive Committee (Managing Board) with direct responsibility for Investor Relations, Accounting, Reporting, Contr., Disclosure, Treasury, Project Finance, M&A, Investments, Legal, Procurement and IT. Restructuring of key positions (Divisional CEOs and CFOs, Heads of Corporate Departments), resulting in significant performance improvements. Increasing order intake by 27% and elevating profits by 29% over budget through successful implementation of Key Account Mgmt. and Project Mgmt. programs.

Tasked with leading team of 37 IT professionals in delivering end-to-end telecommunication and IT services for Siemens Russia. Managed USD 3 million annual IT project budgets.
