Angela Borkhoche

Angela Borkhoche is Senior Associate Director, MENA, at APCO. Based in the Dubai office, she serves as the MENA President’s right hand in her dual role as Chief of Staff. Additionally, as Head of MENA Marketing, she oversees communications across internal channels, marketing, media, new business, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements.

Prior to joining APCO, Angela worked as a Senior Consultant for Instinctif Partners and earlier as an Account Director for Brunswick Group. She specialized in cultural and socio-economic issues across the MENA region. Angela has advised leadership teams on managing critical issues, and she possesses a thorough understanding of the region's geopolitical landscape with deep insight into regional nuances and has aspirations for expertise in all things tech and ESG. She has written for cultural and business leaders, department chairs, ministers, and royals. 

Angela is the Founder of October Avenue, a platform for artisanal products and building a self-care community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Notre-Dame University Louaize in Lebanon. Angela is fluent in English and Arabic, and has a basic understanding of French. 

With a love for the outdoors and people, Angela draws most of her inspiration from the environment and stimulating conversations.
