Shuckri Bundakji participates as a specialist in Corporate Governance, as a Board Advisor and Investor in international tech-enabled operating Companies. His current Board Advisor appointments include those on US based companies such as Roc360, a private credit firm, Security Scorecard, a cybersecurity rating agency, and as a Principal in Cayman Islands based Amerinvest Equity Investments Ltd.

Shuckri developed and managed IPO readiness and exits of several start-up ventures, which include on behalf of Sony, Bertelsmann, Savola Group, among others. Most recently he divested his own Family Business shareholding in Initial Saudi Group, a 22,000 staff facility management company, for which he was a CEO having spearheaded growth, M&A initiatives, succession, transformation and Corporate Governance, leading to a trade sale.

Shuckri acquired his Corporate Governance directorship training from Harvard Business School and INSEAD in France. His BSC was attained from the University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabi, He is also a Chairman Emeritus of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Saudi Chapter and a Board Advisor to the GCC Board of Directors Institute (GCC BDI).
