Ms. Lama H. Al Dossary is the Vice President of Human Resources of the Saudi Tourism Authority, one of the strategic entities established as part of Saudi Arabia’s 2030 vision, where it is mandated to be the global promoter of Saudi as top tourist destination brand globally.

Prior to her current role, Lama was the Director of HR at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, where she also served as their Nomination & Remuneration Committee secretary. She was also the Sr. Director of HR and the Acting Vice President of Shared Services in the Decision Support Center – Royal Court, where she contributed to establishing the organization and leading its transformation. She also worked in global companies such as McKinsey & Company, Saudi Aramco, Shell USA, and Motiva Refinery USA.

Lama holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Sharjah. She is a Certified Board Director (Cert. Dir.), a Wharton Alumni through completing their CHRO program, and an Esade Alumni through completing their 2030 Leaders program sponsored by Misk.
