Laura Hinton is the Territory Senior Partner at PwC Middle East. She brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in strategy, transformation and organisational effectiveness. Before joining the region, Laura served as PwC UK and EMEA Managing Partner, where she managed the UK firm and chaired the EMEA Executive Team, driving alignment and collaboration across the network. Laura spent over nine years on the PwC UK Management Board, where she was responsible for executing the Firm’s strategy, overseeing clients and markets activity, and managing people, business planning and performance. She held numerous roles over this period including Chief People Officer, Chief Transformation Office, Head of Communications & Reputation and Head of Tax & Legal, before taking on the Managing Partner role for the UK and EMEA. A partner at PwC since 2006, Laura specialises in HR and workforce transformation, operating model programmes, and culture change. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a graduate of King’s College London and Harvard Business School.
