Antoine Montard

Antoine Montard is a Director with McKinsey, based in Lisbon

Antoine leads our Strategy Practice globally with a focus on advising clients and teams on corporate, portfolio and growth strategy based on deep research. He also leads our strategy capability building initiative.

Antoine rejoined McKinsey in 2021, after working seven years as an Executive at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he transformed the retail bank into an AI driven, omni-channel sales and service model which set them to significantly over-perform their peers.

During his first 10 years with McKinsey, Antoine was an Associate Principal in Australia counselling financial institutions, retail and mining clients on strategy, corporate finance, M&A, marketing, and operations.

Antoine received his Master’s degree form HEC Paris, and his MBA from INSEAD.
