Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

GCC BDI will at any stage permit a change in the nominated participant.
 
If you wish to cancel or amend a booking, please contact Noor Barghouti (noor.barghouthi@gccbdi.org)  or telephone +971 4554 7967 with the following information:

Event Date
Name of participant booked
Name of new participant

Refunds

Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the event are non-refundable
In the event that a workshop is cancelled by GCC BDI, all participants will receive a full refund
All no shows will be charged
