Dr. Viktor Hediger, Senior Partner, McKinsey & Company
Viktor has 20 years of experience at McKinsey and he led multiple system reform strategy and implementation in GCC: Saudi MoH disease crisis, health financing, emergency service transformation, he has also assisted pioneer health system transformations around the world - personally heading McKinsey’s efforts in East Africa, the Gulf, and the Mediterranean and helping on projects from North Africa to Asia. Leader of multiple studies on the design and implementation of social health insurance funds across the Middle East. Viktor hold an MD PhD MPH degree, with his main focus being on Health system Reform design and implementation with core focus on health systems financing and Public Private Partnerships.

Jane Valls, Executive Director, GCC Board Directors Institute
Jane has over 15 years of international experience in corporate governance and working with boards of directors. She is an accredited corporate governance trainer with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group, and is an accredited trainer with the Ethics Institute, as well as being a Certified Ethics Officer. Jane holds a BA Hons in French and Italian from Birmingham University, UK. She was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree by the University of Middlesex for services to business, women’s empowerment and social justice and she was decorated by the Republic of Mauritius as a Commander of the Order of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean (CSK) for services to corporate governance.
